Stacking blocks like these are fantastic for your little one as they enable them to explore concepts such as size, weight, balance and cause and effect.
Handling the blocks helps to develop motor skills while learning how to stack them so the tower doesn't immediately fall is an excellent problem-solving activity. Figuring out how to place them inside of each other is also a great challenge for little ones and ends in a tidy room!
I love hollow blocks like these because they can also be used in imaginative play (tipped on their sides they can become houses or garages or whatever your child likes!)
My children had a very similar set when they were younger and they spent many happy times sorting, comparing and ordering the boxes by size, colour, number and letter.
